About this house rental
Renovated historic house, a step away from the sea, on the largest beach on the island in the historic center, in absolute tranquility Comfortable typical restaurants where you can taste Elban specialties. The most fascinating beaches of the island can be reached in a few minutes: Cavoli and Fetovaia.
The house is very welcoming,
equipped with a large lounge with TV, wi-fi, air conditioning,
there are also ceiling fans, washing machine, fridge, dishwasher, dryer and a small terrace for drying linen; the house is located in a very quiet area, very close to the beach and the marina from where many excursions leave.
It has private parking spaces not adjacent to the house (300m away), there is also a public parking 200 meters away.

Franco was great, very easy to work with. His property has a great down town location close to all the shops and beaches, very easy walking to all. The apartment was spotless and had all the items we needed for our stay! I highly recommend this property.Grazie
