Its proximity to the coast allows you to enjoy wonderful beaches and practice outdoor activities, such as hiking and nature walks. It is an ideal place for those who appreciate the calm and beauty of the landscape of the island of Elba!
Location
The renowned La Paolina beach is 600 m away while that of Redinoce is 700 m, both equipped with bathing establishments are of sand mixed with pebbles. The large sandy beach of Procchio and its small center are about 2.5 km away.
The town of Marciana Marina and Portoferraio can be reached in about 15 minutes by car.
THE SPACE
Villetta Redinoce sleeps 6 with private pool. Surrounded by typical Mediterranean vegetation, this recently renovated detached house offers maximum privacy and comfort. It is on two levels, with a large bright living room and an open kitchen, which overlooks a loggia equipped with a dining table, ideal for outdoor dinners. The sleeping area includes a double bedroom, a second bedroom with a French double bed and a third bedroom with a French sofa bed. The property is completed by two elegant bathrooms, each with a shower. Outside, a large equipped space surrounds the house, with a splendid swimming pool, perfect for relaxing on hot summer days.
