    Typical German budget hotel. Room was spacious enough and clean, but quite bare. No A/C, no fan, no desk lamp, no water boiler, no mini-fridge, no safe. WiFi was very slow, sometime unusable. Bathroom worked well in all regards. They refuse to accept cash for anything (city tax, breakfast, etc.) Near to a large park. A supermarket and a tram stop are walking distance but not very close. Overpriced for what you get. But acceptable for a few nights if you need to stay in Cologne.
