Great location. Very clean and lovely decor throughout.
Comfortable beds and good quality of towels, kitchen utensils/items and stocked really well.
Wood burner super for colder evenings.
Parking not far and permit included.

The kitchen was great. A lovely sunny spot looking out of the bay window across the roof tops. The main bedroom was charming with a great view of Dartmouth. All the extras, like the wine and biscuits, coffee machine and Netflix were much appreciated. We felt very much at home. It was a lovely place to relax and spend time in.
Only a small thing but a lamp in the bedroom off the kitchen would be a good addition

Great location. Tastefully decorated.
Lots of little things were not right such as missing fittings in one of the bathrooms, cleanliness again in one of the bathrooms, no loo roll on arrival. The outside space needs some TLC. Out of their control but there is a lot of renovation/construction works happening at the property next door and in the local vicinity which starts around 8ish.
