Staff all very courteous helpful and friendly, nothing was too much trouble The whole hotel was luxurious and very clean Our room was of a generous size all luxuriously fitted out The breakfast room a delight and joy to be in and the choice and wide range of food for breakfast was amazing The waiter was very good as were all the concierges and all the other staff.

Amazing modern hotel with great facilities. A lot of marble!! Fantastic spa and breakfast room. Early check in was available and they held our luggage before our onward travel. Pleasant 20min walk into central Florence.
Late night staff weren’t too competent at using the coffee machine. We got there though!
