Lovely boutique hotel with an excellent spa. Nice large room and friendly helpful staff.
Small observations: the only thing stopping it being 10/10 was I have had better breakfast offerings. It was good and perfectly acceptable, but I have had better in other hotels.

The facilities were first class and the spa amazing. We loved our time there and highly recommend it to anyone staying in Florence, the staff were also very helpful
