Nadia was very friendly and welcoming. Upon check-in, she recommended several restaurants and places worth visiting, and all of her recommendations were excellent. Thanks to her care and hospitality, we felt right at home.
The room was very cozy and clean, with a lovely little balcony. The breakfast was wonderful, especially the croissants that Nadia bakes herself every morning.
On the day of check-out, we were also allowed to leave our luggage, which was very convenient.
You need to walk a bit to reach the main attractions, but considering the price and quality, this is insignificant.

It is basic but ideal for our needs. Walking distance to the centre of town. 2 steep flights of stairs to combat. Nevertheless we would definitely stay again if in Florence.

The staff for breakfast and service, Nadia was extremely friendly and helpful!
In walking distance to uffici gallery, duomo etc.
The listed free parking is street parking with questionable legality and mia palace denies any responsibility for fines.
Extensive stairs and no elevator.
