The location was amazing and the house is stunning. So spacious and very well decorated. It was the perfect space and an absolute treat thank you so much.
The property was very cold on arrival and took a long time to heat up due to its size (we did book very last minute so this was probably to be expected but just worth bearing in mind).

The downstairs living space was excellent, the location exceptionally convenient for town and seafront, and the (small) parking space challenging but invaluable.
First impressions on entry not great. It would benefit from a small amount of simple maintenance to paintwork, blinds and some window cleaning. We also had to buy coat hangers (which we donated to the property) and glasses as there weren’t enough for six people. The dishwasher wasn’t working and couldn’t be fixed during our stay.

Perfect location, house was big, good outside space
Easy to find & access code was a good idea
The bedrooms were far too hot, we couldn’t use the attic room as it was stifling. Windows in general were difficult to open. There was too much light coming in the bedroom windows as there were no curtains making it difficult to sleep
There was also a musty smell in the house
Only one bathroom which is an issue with a large group
Also we were promised a welcome pack but it was very basic
