About this apartment rental

The apartment in central Hove is within walking distance to the beach and many fantastic local restaurants, bars, cafes. Set on a tree lined road, this garden apartment on the ground floor has it's own entrance and large, private garden. With comfortable furnishings, and a large kitchen/dining area it is the perfect place to spend a pet friendly holiday or weekend away. The apartment forms part of a large double fronted 30's built red brick house and we occupy the whole of the ground floor including front and back gardens and own traditional front entrance. The open plan kitchen leads to a dining area which then leads to a raised seating area overlooking the garden.
The garden has a large terrace with outside dining and another seating area at the back of the garden under a shaded pergola. There are mature trees and plants and outside lighting for warm evenings and bbqs.
Our neighbourhood has an amazing choice of food outlets and bars. You can relax on the beach just a short walk away at Hove Lawns or enjoy the beautiful public squares of Palmeria or Brunswick or St Ann's Wells park for a picnic. Brighton itself is about 20 minutes walk or short bus ride where you can enjoy the attractions including The Royal Pavillion, Brighton Pier and the independent shops of North Laines. There are several express supermarkets a 5 minute walk away as well as independent coffee shops/bakeries, pubs, restaurants, bars either in Church Lane or Western Road.
