Brighton itself is about 20 minutes walk or short bus ride where you can enjoy the attractions including The Royal Pavillion, Brighton Pier and the independent shops of North Laines. There are several express supermarkets a 5 minute walk away as well as independent coffee shops/bakeries, pubs, restaurants, bars either in Church Lane or Western Road.
