Great location next to a road full of amazing restaurants with superb reviews. It's a foodie's delight if you want to go and experience some great cuisines around the world. A short walk from Brighton, maybe fifteen minutes. We quite like that. Quite nice to get a few steps in and get away from the kind of noise and hustle and bustle and get a little bit further out.
The Wi-Fi was terrible. Literally we were unable to use phones or the TV even when we were stood right on top of the router. This definitely needs some attention. Then the heater in the twin upstairs did not work. It was a little bit cold the night we were there, so that was far from ideal.

Location was good. Decor modern.
Entry door was not very secure and hallway quite dirty. Smell from the dishwasher.
