About this house rental
This has been our home for the last 12 years and we have put a lot of love into it but we needed something smaller for our little family. It's a very large house with an amazing open floor plan-great for multi-families to hang out. The main floor has the master bedroom with a cal king bed and master bath with extra deep tub, as well as living room, kitchen (both with ocean views), dining room and another bathroom. Go up the spiral staircase to a loft with a very comfy queen futon (I list this as the #4 bedroom but technically it does not have wall or a door.).Or if you go down the stairs there are two more bedrooms, a full sized bathroom and bonus under the stairs room. We have a balcony off the front for relaxing and a deck in the back with a bbq and garden. There are both front and back yards, fully fenced in. One of the bedrooms downstairs has it’s own private entrance and a separate little yard.
This house is well loved so it's not perfect. There are stains on the carpet (but know I shampoo them frequently), same with the couch and my daughter had fun with lipstick one day so you might see signs of living around the house. But this is why we can make it pet friendly!
Brand new fridge!
New washer and dryer, so know all the linens etc are washed very well. :)
There is a separate studio rental downstairs, that is attached to the house and locked with a heavy duty door. So we ask that you are respectful of noise levels for the downstairs guests. They have no access to the main house. The only shared space is the front yard, so they can access the studio door. You can also rent these both together and have the whole place to yourself!
Well-behaved pets are welcome with permission and a $100 pet fee/pet. They must get along with other dogs as the downstair is pet friendly as well.
We live just a few houses away so can be mostly available if needed.
i also lead a couple tours in town (hiking and biking) and rent out my car on Turo. Please inquire! I have a 2016 Land Rover Discovery Sport Listed on Turo or a 2015 Tesla Model S with unlimited FREE supercharging that you can rent directly through me.
Or we have bike rentals as well.

Excellent host who really cares about the comfort of the people staying at her place. The house was clean and has a very well supplied kitchen. It is conveniently located with an easy walk to beach access and a quick drive to the center of town.
