Enjoy living downtown Kona, within walking distance to swimming at the pier or sipping an ice cold latte at a local cafe. There are yoga studios, bars, places to dance and churches for worship. You will feel at home with a fully stocked kitchen including a stove, oven, full size fridge, w/d in unit, access to community pool and hot tub, and even a parking spot included!

Very convenient location. We walked to several restaurants on Ali’i Drive, to church at Saint Michael’s and even to the old airport beach. The condo had 2 window air conditioning units which keeps the condo cool. The back porch faces the pool area and the condo is on the first floor. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen is fully equipped with the exception of a dishwasher.The tv and internet worked fine for our 4 week stay. There are 2 beach chairs and a boogie board on the back porch which we used every beach day. The bathroom had a nice walk in shower with plenty of towels and wash cloths.There is an assigned parking spot for this unit which is close to the front door.We had a great time and will return to this unit in the future.

Cri was excellent to communicate with. The condo was very well stocked with linens, towels, shampoo/conditioner, soap (laundry, dish & hand), cookware, spices, plastic wrap, tin foil, beach equipment, coolers, etc. The unit location was very quiet and parking was close by. The in unit washer/dryer combo was amazing. Even though this unit is on the first floor there are still a few stairs to access it. The pool/hot tub was closed for most of our stay due to repairs we were not aware of. Complex is close to Ali’i Drive and the pier (within walking distance).

Location, location, location… and it was exactly what we needed. Just minutes walking to the heart of Kona and some of the Island’s best dining and entertainment options, and local beaches too. Very clean, functional, and thoughtfully apportioned condo unit with AC, pool and hot tub access. Cri was an excellent host! Very responsive and very helpful. We enjoyed our stay and look forward to the next visit!!
