Located in Vessalico, the holiday apartment 'La Casa della nonna' has everything you need for a comfortable holiday. This agritouristic building is located in the small village of Siglioli, surrounded by greenery at an altitude of 453 metres. From the renovation of an ancient building of 1876 four comfortable flats were created, all different from each other in shape and size.
'La Casa della nonna' is a 130 m² 'holiday apartment consisting of a living room, a very well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 adults and 2 children. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, a TV as well as children's books and toys. A baby cot is also available.
Your shared outdoor area includes a pool, a garden, garden furniture, an open terrace, a covered terrace, a barbecue, a playground and an outdoor shower. The region is an ideal place for walking or mountain biking. There are numerous enduro trails (a motocross track is located just 4km away).
Walking/driving distance to nearest restaurant: 4.16km.
Walking/driving distance to nearest bar: 5.06km.
Walking/driving distance to nearest supermarket: 4.12km.
Walking/driving distance to beach: 27.5km beach Parco Urbano.
Distance to the airport: 121km Nice-Côte d'Azur Airport

Pros: Die Vermieter waren sehr nett.
Cons: Leider wurde seitens der Vermieter kein Englisch gesprochen, was die Kommunikation erheblich erschwerte. Anhand der Beschreibung konnte man denken das man einen eigenen Pool hatte. Leider war dem nicht so, sondern man musste ihn sich mit allen Bewohnern der Ferienwohnungen, insgesamt 5, teilen.
