About this house rental
Pretty Mentonnaise villa in a landscaped park of 2100 m2 with a magnificent panoramic view of the sea for 4 people.
Property planted with all varieties of citrus and Mediterranean species.
The rental includes the use of a private car garage that can be locked 3 minutes' walk from the villa. (90 meters)
Calm and tranquility are at the rendezvous.
The villa is composed of two independent levels connected by a covered exterior staircase.
The ground floor is composed of: the kitchen and its pantry, a living room, a terrace and its summer kitchen equipped with a Weber barbecue. extraordinary sea view.
Upstairs: two bedrooms each equipped with their television (a master bedroom with sea view with a very comfortable 180X200 bed and another bedroom on the garden side with two 85X200 beds that can be put together), a bathroom with toilletes, a 30 m2 solarium with sea view, equipped with sun loungers.
In the garden, a shaded gazebo with large sofas is available for your summer naps and aperitifs.
Access to the property is via a footpath ONLY.
The villa is located on the heights of the city center which is a 10 minute walk down and 13 up. The beach is 14 minutes walk down and 17 up.
The garage is 3 minutes walk from the main gate of the property.
The villa has full equipment.
High-end household appliances, 3 wide screen TV, Hi-Fi system, high-speed Internet ...
Possibility if availability to rent a second villa called Pavillon des Oliviers located in another part of the property. This villa is offered for 2 people and is completely independent from the villa upstream. This small Villa is independent and has its own private garden.
Reception every Saturday from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m.

A private parking slot, located at 3 mm walk (90 m) from the house is included in the rental.
You will enjoy the calm and the quietness of the place.
It is a two-story house, linked by an covered external stairway, fully high-equipped (3 large screen TVs, Hi-fi music player, dishwasher, wifi ...)
On the first floor you will find the kitchen and its cellar, a living room, a terrace overlooking the sea, with a fully equipped external kitchen.
On the second floor, there's 2 bedrooms with a TV set: a master bedroom with a heart-taken sea view and a very comfortable bed (180X200 cm) a room overlooking the garden with 2 beds (85X200 cm) that can joined. There's also a bathroom with shower and toilet, and a 30 m2 solarium overlooking the sea with 2 deck chairs.
In the garden, you will find a shaded kiosk with large sofas to enjoy a cocktail or a summer nap.
The access to the house is ONLY pedestrian.
The house is located on the hill at 7 min on the way down - 10 min on the way up -walk from downtown Menton, and the beach at 14 min (17 on the way up).
If available, another independent house with its private garden, for 2 persons, on the same propriety can be rented.

Incredible view, a perfect property, immaculately landscaped. The owners make no secret of the distance you have to walk down the path from the garage, and the long walk to the village. I'd like to give it 10 out of 10 but have to give it a "9" and warn you: if you're staying longer than a week, bring extra toilet paper (they provided us with one roll at first), and paper towels, and garbage bags.But the hosts were fantastic, helped carry luggage down and up that long rocky path, were as friendly as they could be. French and English spoken.

The villa is lovely with a great view of Menton. The gardens are well maintained and lovely to walk through. The host Olivier was helpful and very welcoming. We had a minor issue with the electrics which was sorted out within a day. Our teenage son did miss not having a strong WiFi signal but ok if you’re not bothered about that. The walk to town and back wasn’t too bad once you got used to it and it’s worth it for the view which is spectacular!

Nous avons séjourné ici avec nos deux enfants âgés de 5 et 8 ans. La villa était magnifique, très propre, bien équipée et confortable. Nous en avons été ravis! Les vues étaient fantastiques et les jardins étaient fantastiques. Cétait aussi calme et paisible, un endroit génial pour nos vacances. Olivier était un hôte brillant. Malheureusement, notre valise a été perdue lors de notre vol entre le Royaume-Uni et laéroport de Nice, mais Olivier était tout simplement génial. Notre français n’est pas très bon, donc Olivier a appelé l’aéroport et s’est arrangé pour que les bagages soient envoyés à la soirée. Je ne sais pas ce que nous aurions fait sans son aide! Merci Olivier pour des vacances vraiment inoubliables, nous aimerions y retourner un jour!
