Location was good. Plenty of space for two
Cooking facilities are basic. A two hob hot plate and microwave.
Shower is over the bath.

la vista,la luz! las instalaciones, la cocina completa con todos los utensilios necesarios para cocinar , el depto me hizo sentir como en mi casa. Los colchones super cómodos, Con dos parking a 50 metros del edificio, mercados farmacia, todo lo necesario para estar confortable .

Die Wohnung ist zentral gelegen, geräumig und war bei unserer Ankunft sauber. Es hat alles was man braucht. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt. Direkt neben dem Eingang gibt es ein kleines Lebensmittelgeschäft. In der Nähe sind viele Restaurants und zum Strand hat man ca. 10 Gehminuten.
Man hört den Strassenlärm ziemlich stark, die Matratze könnte bequemer sein und bei der Badewanne wäre eine Brausestange von Vorteil.

Overall we had a great stay, location is good flat is decent size. But also there were some bits which could be avoided.
First at all when we arrived there no bedding provided for sofa bed. We had to contact the owner about this. The cleaners brought the bedding in around 3 hours, we were tired after early morning flight and had to wait for it. The cleaners brought did not offered to make the bedding as well so we ended doing it. The bed sheet came with hole in it, it was washed but had some marks on it. There were 2 pillocases privided and one of it had marks as well. The main bed’s mattress has a lot of stains on it, bedding is not the newest as well and looks a bit outdated and well used.
Cleanliness is also questionable.
There is no hangers in the corridor for the coats and would really be a bonus as when you arrive you have no where to hang your coats.
Also there is no tv in sitting area which is a bit unusual and would be a bonus as well.
The kitchen has only one socket and if you want to prepare coffee and toast at one time it is not possible and you have to move kitchen appliances if you want to use them hence the only one socket there.
A very annoying thing was that the electric heater in the bathroom stops working in around 2 minutes and you end up having a shower in a quit cold room, as there is no radiator or towel dryer just that electric heater which stops working. We contacted the owner he tried to explain that when it reaches certain temperature it shuts down. But temperature was too low and would be nice to have a heater fully working while you take a shower.
The airconditioning units are quite load and if you are sensitive sleeper it would be an issue.
Also there is no instructions for anything. For example you have to hold lock button to unlock and switch on the the hob. And you have to find it yourself trying different methods. Same for the sofa bed, you have to find the way how to make it.
