The staff couldn’t have been more friendly and obliging. We felt very welcome.
We stayed for two weeks, so I wish that the kitchen had been more adequately equipped for self catering for 4 people.

The location is very convenient — it is close to the Luas, within walking distance to Dundrum Shopping Centre, and the S6 bus stops right outside. The staff at the gym reception were particularly friendly and welcoming, which was the only part of the stay that felt genuinely warm.
Finding the apartment for the first time was extremely difficult. The complex consists of multiple buildings with no clear external signage, and the instructions provided were not helpful. Even the taxi driver spent around 10 minutes trying to locate the correct entrance. Eventually, we had to stop at the main gate because the parking entrance was closed, and we had to walk in heavy wind and rain with luggage and children to reach the apartment.
The kitchen equipment was very limited — only one usable pan, and it was heavily scratched. There were no basic cleaning supplies provided, which makes it inconvenient for short stays as guests need to purchase essentials like cleaning products and garbage bags themselves.
Parking arrangements were unclear. Despite paying for parking, there was no proper guidance, which resulted in our car being clamped when parked outside the building. There was no effective support or coordination to resolve the issue.
After staying for a month, we requested a late check-out of just two hours, but this required an additional charge. There is also no luggage storage service available.
