Location - right beside Luas and 25 min walk to all key areas.
I had a little difficulty finding the property.

L’appartement (2 chambres louées séparément) est très bien situé, proche des transports. Il est très joli, lumineux et propre. De plus, il propose un salon ainsi qu’une cuisine en plus de la chambre. Je recommande sans hésitation.
Un petit courant d’air passe par l’encadrement de la fenêtre, ce qui se ressent dans le lit et rafraîchit la pièce (j’y suis allée en hiver) mais pose probablement moins problème au cours des autres saisons.

Location , close to tram line
Has a kitchen which is beyond expectations.
Room front on streets and shops, noisy still at midnite ;
Private bathroom very small, bed too soft, and windows are not sealed properly with draft gusting in. TV also not working.
