The manager of the place is very nice and friendly. The kitchen at disposal if you want to have a home cooked dinner. Room is nice and clean. The location is great if you arrive late from then airport and want to head further in Ireland. The apartment is far from Dublin center. There are not many choice of décents restaurants around however the food shop are open late which was very convenient.
The floor insulation was very poor, so we could hear the people in the kitchen just below us as if they were in our room. We could hear their voices very loudly, which was not very pleasant. Fortunately, the Irish are very respectful, and there was a curfew at 10 p.m., so from that time on, there was no more noise at all.

Checkin and checkout experiences were very smooth. The room was clean, cozy and comfortable - had all the amenities I needed. The access to the kitchen was a bonus for morning coffee 😃.
