Lokalizacja, widok, starająca się gospodyni. Uroki miejsca poza sezonem: cisza i spokój w ścisłym i ładnym centrum miasta, są dodatkowym atutem. Naprzeciwko czynna od wczesnego poranka świetna kawiarnia.
Myślałem, że mieszkanie będzie większe. Dwa pokoje wystarczą dla mniej więcej trzech osób. Jak często we Włoszech za salonik robi kuchnia. Chętnie jednak wróciłbym do tego miejsca, choć jest to trudne, gdyż często bywa wynajmowane, a więc jest rzadko dostępne.

The view from the apartament is wonderful. The host is very friendly and helpful. There is a nice restaurant just outside. It takes ~7 minutes to the train station and less than 5 to the bus stop.
The apartament is fairly spacious.
The apartament could have been cleaner. There could be some more kitchen equipement (e.g. proper knives to cut through a melon or a piece of ham)

Firstly, be sure to download and use the WhatsApp to communicate with your hosts in Italy. Our host, Mariangela aka Mary, is incredibly attentive. She communicates and checks on us daily to see if we need anything. If you like history, this apartment is inside a historical building that survived WWII. The walls are incredibly thick which kept the apartment cool in the summer and warm in the winter. There are 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and full kitchen. The main bedroom is much bigger since it also has a loveseat inside. Everything in the apartment is functional. It's situated in a great location, Piazza Pia, a stunning central square in Anzio. From the moment you step out of the Anzio train station, there is only 1 road staring straight at you. Walk across the street and start walking straight on the left side. There are two 200m blocks and both sides of the road seem residential only. At the end of the second block, you will find Pizzeria, minimarket and retail stores. In this intersection, you will see several streets. So, stay at the left most street and continue walking straight for another 100m, make a left turn then you have arrived in the Piazza Pia. Don't try to look for a building or apartment with the name PuraVida. There is a beautiful church on 1 side of the square and the apartment building is facing the church. There are 30 stair steps to the apartment on the 'American' second floor. On the ground floor, you will find a good restaurant on the left side and a shoe stores on the right side. There is a Bar Dei Graziosi looking right at you when you open the front door every morning for your Espresso and Pastries. The Marina is about 50-100m and there are restaurants, gelato, cafe everywhere. If you are tired of restaurants, there is La Parisienne Bistrot who sells ready made meals. Last but not least, there is the beautiful Anzio beach about 7-10 minutes walk. In May, we paid 5 Euro for 1 Umbrella and 5 Euro per sunbed.
