About this villa rental
THE PROPERTY'
Access is from the road through a private area with automatic gate and ample parking. Essential during the summer season!
The garden, of 1400 m2, is completely fenced and illuminated, with a grove of holm oaks and tall olive trees, on the sea front and a large lawn area with volleyball field, on the back. You will also find a miniature "Colosseum", a fountain, functioning and illuminated, which reproduces the "Gulf of Naples with Vesuvius" and "La Cascata delle Marmore" currently used as a washhouse. These artifacts, dating back to the 1960s, were the minigolf stations built by the old owner!
The swimming pool, for the exclusive use of the villa, is infinity and facing the sea. It has an area for diving and a whirlpool area. At night it is illuminated and the effect is truly spectacular. You will also find a large brick barbecue behind the "Vesuvius", also equipped with a stone sink, for your barbecues.
The outdoor area is completed by a large sun terrace overlooking the sea from which, while sipping an aperitif sitting in the rattan lounge, you can admire the splendid sunsets.
The property has a private access to the sea, which leads to a large free beach or, if desired, to numerous equipped beaches where you can take sailing, skysurfing, etc. courses.
The villa, recently built, is developed on two floors.
The ground floor consists of a large fully glazed lounge and large covered patio overlooking the sea, 2 double bedrooms with queen beds and wardrobes, 2 bathrooms with shower, open kitchen with stove, oven and fridge, one, laundry-closet, and a second patio, garden view, with lounge.
The upper floor, called "the bridge": consists of a large living room / bed with glass window overlooking the sea, bathroom, and two large panoramic terraces, one overlooking the sea and the other towards the garden. The house is equipped with an independent heating and air conditioning system hot / cold.
The house has the following amenities: safe, wifi, bed linen, towels and table linen, washing machine, hairdryer, television, radio-CD, VCR, dishwasher, dishes, toaster, kettle, coffee maker-filter ,. Indoor dining table for 4 and outdoor dining table for 10. Sofas and armchairs both indoors and outdoors, sun loungers, hammock, dog bed.
Under the property, along the path to the beach, there is an amphitheater to brighten up your summer evenings. This is the cultural club "l'Abbraccio", created by a tenor friend, who organizes theme nights: classical music, jazz, music from the 80s, theater, cabaret, etc ... You can directly access the theater and, if you want, enjoy the show, with an aperitif overlooking the sea! All demonstrations end, strictly, at 11.30 pm.

We had two lovely weeks in this beautiful villa. When the weather was too hot to go sightseeing it was perfect to have the pool to cool off in, with breathtaking views over the sea to enjoy. The patio and garden also gave lots of needed shade while glancing out on to the ocean - so relaxing and peaceful. And those days we went out on adventures in Rome, Pompeii and other places it’s was a peaceful haven to come home to. There is a lovely theatre/club/restaurant just below, and on the weekends (Thursday-sunday) there was music and entertainment there. Not at all loud, and it closed around midnight. The guests access to the restaurant is through the parking and alongside the garden, but there is fencing and greenery in between so you don’t feel overlooked. There’s a private beach access, past the restaurant and through the garden of the owners, and through a gate. The owners are lovely people and very friendly. They do have a big but very sweet dog - we love dogs so this was absolutely no problem for us, but if you don’t there is another option to walk down to the beach. We had a lovely time in the villa and would absolutely come back again. Our host Eric was so friendly and helpful, he really did an excellent job. We had some small issues a couple of times with the pool since the weather was so hot, and he came straight away to sort it out. He also changed towels and sheets half way through, so nice! All in all - a lovely place for a vacation!

My wife and I enjoyed our week long stay. The house, grounds and pool area are stunning and the location along the sea was incredible. Magic sunsets every evening. We chose to walk everywhere for restaurants and groceries but renting a car would be something we would do next time. Thanks to Leah and Massimiliano at L’Abbraccio just down the hill for being perfect neighbours.

Stay at Villa Danda this past week and we had the most amazing stay. The property was perfect, well looked after and the view from the infinity pool was out of this world. Sunsets were stunning!
The only suggestions I have is to have plastic glass ware for poolside drinks!!

Great place. Very relaxing especially by the pool. Only issue is plumbing and electricity would go out but Erik helped me unseated how to reset. Seems they limit amount of power you can pull by design. Simple reset and was working. View from the pool is amazing. And a local club that handle classic rock— Pink Floyd cover on guitar, who doesn’t like that. We’ll be back
