great location near to el Portet and moraira beach and the town centre only issue was the hill to get in to the property if you are elderly you could struggle for young people it was fine. the swimming pool was good size, very clean overall a great villa to stay in.
the pool table could be positioned in a better place for where it currently is means you can’t play it after dark. some tiles from the pool fell off very easily meaning there were some sharp bits sticking out, the bottom floor had a horrible smell and was very dark.

good location. spacious for a large group. great sized pool. plenty of cutlery and glassses
the lower floor was a bit smelly. very steep hill and drive into property. no welcome pack ie milk or water on arrival. not able to get in or even leave bags before 4pm
