About this villa rental
Large villa for 16 people. The villa has 2 plots, 2000 m², which is quite rare in Moraira, a large outdoor space completely isolated from the neighbors. 8 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms. On the top floor: living room, dining room, American kitchen opening onto a large terrace facing the sea, where I personally love having breakfast there; 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. On the 1st floor: 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms opening onto another terrace which overlooks the swimming pool and the garden. On the ground floor: 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom overlooking the 10X5m pool, outdoor shower. Next to it is a fully equipped outdoor kitchen, oven, hob, fridges, etc. barbacoa, large bar, table for 16/18 people and deckchairs. Lawn area to relax in the shade of palm trees. 900 m² pine forest where children love to play, table tennis. Lower down, a volleyball court where you can play pétanque. Parking for cars. The villa is located in the town of Bénissa but is closer to Moraira, district st. Jaime, quiet area in a dead end, close to shops 500 meters. Golf and tennis 400 meters with restaurant overlooking the sea. A beach 900 meters away, 10 minutes on foot, with a restaurant under the trees facing the sea. Water sports in Moraira. For walkers, there are beautiful walks in the mountains, with small typical restaurants. Moraira, a former small fishing port, is now a very pleasant small resort.

Spacious villa with great outside space and terraces, ideal for families. Outdoor kitchen facilities are excellent with plenty of crockery, etc and the interior kitchen, although hardly used by us, is also well equipped. The bedrooms are of mixed size and decor, with some having the wow factor but a couple in need of modernisation. The pool was a good size, and not too cold, with beautiful surroundings. The area is very peaceful and it is a short walk to some nice family friendly restaurants or a short drive to Moraira which is a very picturesque town.On the downside, at the time of reservation through the UK version of Vrbo we were not informed that there would be additional charges for linen (160)and cleaning (300). We had already made our initial deposit before these charges were mentioned by the owner and although she said we could bring our own sheets, etc, that was not practical for a party of 12. Obviously, in order for a holidaymaker to budget accurately and make an informed decision, it would be preferable to have all charges displayed in English on the UK website at the time of the initial booking. Overall, though, we would recommend this villa but be aware in the summer there are a lot of mosquitoes in this area so sprays, etc are needed.

we had a great stay in the well-equipped house. the grounds are beautiful with great plants and options for some activities. Before the trip I was able to organize everything with the landlady without any problems and our local contact was also very nice. Overall everything was very uncomplicated

The villa is beautifully decorated, comfortable and tasteful. The bedrooms are all air conditioned and spacious. There are plenty of bathrooms to go around. We spent most of our time in the outside kitchen which is very well equipped. We used the barbecue several times, which was fantastic! The pool is large with plenty of room for our whole group of 14 and the grounds offer plenty of space for children to play. The upstairs terrace has beautiful views and the living room and kitchen are great spaces too! All levels are reached by outdoor stairways and this might not be ideal for toddlers.
The local supermarket is excellent, though you need to walk up a steep hill to get to and from it. The nearest beach, Calle de Baladrar is also a challenging walk so no good for older people or young children. It’s great for snorkelling though and we ate several times at the bar there. We walked and got the bus into Moraira which is a really lovely town. The beach is busy!
All in all we had a fantastic holiday and would highly recommend this villa. Thank you.
