Saona Villas presents to you, just 900 meters from the beach, this pleasant summer villa for 14 people, benefits from a large private swimming pool and is located in Moraira. It is located in a very quiet urbanization called Moravit, and also close to restaurants and the “Algas” Pub.

1st floor (access by exterior staircase): Living / dining room (with TV). 2 double bedrooms (with 2 single beds in each). 2 double bedrooms (with a double bed in each). 1 bathroom with washing machine. 1 shower room.
Equipment: Hair dryer. Iron.
Outside: Large plot with private swimming pool of 10 x 5 m. Relaxation area with covered barbecue. Parking on the plot for 4 vehicles.
Approximate distances: The villa is only 900 m from Les Platgetes beach in Moraira and 1.2 km from the main beach in Moraira (La Ampolla Beach). 700 m from the nearest restaurants. The nearest supermarket is 1.5 km away as is Moraira town center with a wide choice of shops and restaurants. Calpe center is 13 km away.

The villa is exactly as described. It was basic but clean. Outside area was great for a group.
We were aware there is no aircon but they did not even provide fans as an alternative.
Also we were not aware that the key had to be collected from the next town until after we paid the deposit. We had not intended on hiring a car so this was a huge problem. Be aware key has to be dropped back at the agents too.
Good holiday overall. Moraira is lovely.
