Villa Tianna in Calpe is a Private Villa made up of 4 (almost identical), individual Apartments. Sleeps groups of up to 24 people.
Each Apartment sleeps 6 people. (2 single bedrooms in each and a double sofa bed in each lounge).
With a large Private 16 X 9 Swimming Pool.
The Apartments make it perfect for Large Family and Friends, Summer and Winter Holidays and for keen Cycling Groups, with a secure lock up for bikes.
The location of our apartments is excellent and peaceful.
It is approximately 25 minutes walking distance or 10 minutes drive from the main Calpe Beach, Town, Restaurants, and Bars.
It is located in a quiet neighbourhood at the end of a Cul-De-Sac.
The villa comprises of four private apartments, allowing up to 24 guests or cycling groups to stay at any one time.
Each with their own independent access and their own living area, kitchen, bathroom, and terrace.
All of the apartments are furnished to a similar high standard with air conditioning, WiFi internet, and flat screen televisions that offer UK Freesat channels.
The 16x9 private pool is much larger than average, and the surrounding terrace features multiple sunbeds and a covered poolside pergola with Table Tennis.
The kitchens and bathrooms are very modern throughout.
All 4 apartments that make up the villa are a virtual mirror image of each other. Each consisting of a terrace or balcony with dining furniture overlooking the pool.
Each have two sets of sliding patio doors leading into a spacious open plan lounge/kitchen/diner with a comfortable double sofa bed.
All of the kitchens are fitted with appliances, including a fridge/freezer, oven, hob, microwave, washing machine, and dishwasher. The bathrooms consist of a walk-in shower, WC, and wash hand basin. All bedrooms and living areas have air conditioning, and WIFI is available throughout.
The upper two apartments enjoy open views of the swimming pool and the town and country in the distance, including the Penon de Ifach (Calpe Rock).
The very large pool has Roman style steps at one end of the swimming pool.
There is a large pool-side gazebo for shade, a Table Tennis, outside pool shower, and 2 communal brick-built charcoal BBQ's.. Ample sun beds are also provided.
The pool and terrace area are gated for extra security.
Cleaning, Linen, and Towels are provided and are included in the cost of your holiday.
Based on the edge of Calpe Town, you are close to lots of climbing and walking sites plus miles of roads for cycling with Calpe being a training site for lots of international cycle teams.
The location of our apartments is excellent, peaceful, and approximately 25 minutes walking distance from the beach, town, restaurants, and bars.
Popular points of interest near the accommodation include Arenal Bol Beach, Cala Manzanera, and Puerto Blanco Beach. The nearest airport is Alicante.
Calpe itself is a wonderful town with the central Mount Ifach jutting out imposingly into the Mediterranean Amazing long stretches of blue flag beaches and long promenades overlooking the beaches with a fantastic choice of restaurants.
The port area has incredible fish restaurants and the old town with its rustic charm and narrow white-washed alleys.
The towns of Moraira and Altea are nearby, and Benidorm is only 20 minutes’ drive away with its great choice of theme, water, and animal parks.
A quiet and safe residential neighbourhood is just a short distance from the beach and the centre of Calpe.

Fantastic stay with my family of 20 for my Mums 60th.Villa’s were great, very clean and tidy. Kitchen, bedroom and living area were modern, would just say maybe the bathroom could do with updating and locks added to the doors.Overall was a great stay and we were looked after really really well by Sharon & Kenny. Even allowing us to check out later, as the next arrivals had flight delays.Had 3 cars between us to get us around, so would definitely recommend having transport if you want trips to the beach. We did spend half of the holiday round by the pool which was great!.

The apartments were spotlessly clean, with all the equipment you need. The outside space was wonderful. Kenny and Sharron were quick to respond to messages and really helpful through the stay. The essentials (milk, bread, juice, marg etc) provided in each apartment when we arrived was particularly thoughtful as we arrived late at night following delays and so were able to sort breakfast for the children before going shopping. Our only niggles were the beds were quite squeaky and we only had one corkscrew. However these were very minor points overall.

From initial contact with the owners Sharon & Kenny to a late checkout the communication was first class. The pool and outdoor area were great, floor can be a bit slippy when wet so had to be careful with the littler ones. Accommodation was a good size but a little basic, that said I would definitely stay again.
