Compact, bijoux and great for one person
The toaster didn't work because of the main socket it was fine when plugged into the microwave socket. Decor looks a little tired.

TBH not a lot. It was warm and dry.
The stairs had not been finished, painted varnished. The customer notices were written straight on the wall, or on scraps of paper & gaffer taped. They should be typed and laminated. The front garden / entrance is overgrown with weeds and a discarded bike. A poor first impression. The walls inside are scruffy and need a clean or another coat especially around the kitchen area. There was half a bottle of milk, may have been left over from another guest? It should be sealed or better presented. There was coffee and sugar but again these should be in sealed portions for hygiene. Some biscuits would have been nice as well. The sinks hadn't been thoroughly cleaned i.e. scum around the plug hole and unpolished. The sofa is old and tired looking. You can only comfortably, sit up on half the bed, so calling it double is a bit of a stretch.
The overall feeling cramped, more so than the pictures suggest. The ambiance is unloved, minimum effort for max return when I balance the cost v quality ratio. We're perhaps a bit too old for this cramped accommodation, it would probably be better suited for younger people who are bendy. With some TLC it could be fine. FYI we also run an Airbnb, the above are all things that we take pride in doing.
