Our second stay as part of trading at Brighton tattoo convention. Absolutely spotless and lots of lovely touches such as biscuits, a range of teas, coffees and milk to add some extra comfort to your stay. Friendly and accommodating hosts who couldn’t do more for you.

Lovely, immaculately presented and comfortable double room. Got a great night's sleep. Nice bathroom and large shower and good selection of bath gels and shampoos. Great selection of organic teas and coffees, hot chocolate and milk. Would definitely stay here again. Parking was possible outside the property at a very reasonable £4 per day. Lovely hosts who were on hand to make sure everything was fine.
Short walk to pubs and restaurants with loads of choice.
