Everything.
It is well equipped, neatly furnished and very cozy. Stayed a couple of nights and felt rested as the area is quiet. This annex is perfectly located near essential shops (8min drive away) and comes with everyone one may need for any length of stay.

This property is a lovely modern self contained unit with parking for one car nestled between two houses in a quiet residential area of Coldean in Brighton. There is an excellent shower and usb ports in the sockets and free WiFi. We were there for the marathon and a good job we arrived a day early as the provision for self catering was not great with only one small pan and as the runner needed a large pasta meal there would have been no way to cook it. The mattress on the small double bed was also very uncomfortable and sank badly in the middle. One of us had to sleep on the couch. However, the owner was very quick to respond and very apologetic as no one had complained before. He provided a new extra duvet for the couch sleeper and large pans for cooking. We requested compensation for the inconveniences and after some negotiation received a modest refund, we suggested the equivalent of one nights stay which we didn’t think was unreasonable.
