Absolutely loved the apartment, very homely and clean. Felt safe and right on the sea front!
Not particularly a problem for us but could hear neighbours but only in morning or evening times. But no bother.

The flat was warm and toastie when we arrived, which was needed as the weather was horrible in January, howling winds. Facilities are good and everything we needed. The host was extremely responsive to any questions we had about the apartment. Wifi was also good.
The key box is located at another apartment, which is a short walk away. It was easy to find the key box and instructions were clear but this was made challenging by the weather; howling winds and rain in the dark, so had to keep grabbing my luggage to stop it being blown away, whilst holding phone torch, to see the combination code numbers. Only having one key made logistics challenging, there is a lack of mobile phone cover in Brighton and the key box was too far away to leave the key in there. So my colleague and I found it easier to go out and come back at the same times. (e.g. if I wanted to stay out later and my colleague wanted to come home early and go to bed, the key couldn't be left in the key box as too far away and I didn't have a spare one to let myself in, so I would need to ring the bell so she could let me in). All the windows face other windows in the building, so not able to open curtains and therefore not much natural light.

Not much, that’s really is down to the pictures being misleading and that there was no mention of how dark the flat is, that all windows look out onto construction and multiple families of pigeons.
Just how deceiving the pictures were. In reality the flat is tucked at the back of the property, with all windows as mentioned above looking at pigeon sh*t covered scaffolding and pigeons. The keys having to be collected at another property was inconvenient especially with luggage. No ventilation in the bathroom apart from what can only be describe a bullet shaped hole in the window. The water is either hell hot or nothing at all. There were no towels. There was a load in the washer that were wet.
