The property is in a good location , near Hove station and a short walk to the sea. The kitchen is well equipped and the whole property was very clean.
The property clearly has issues with damp, such that there needs to be 2 dehumidifiers running permanently and the 2nd bedroom needs the window open at all times ( it was very cold overnight when we stayed.) the humidifiers were very noisy at times. The water overflow from the upstairs property sprays permanently onto the sideway making it slippy as it remained permanently wet while we were there. ( it wasn’t raining) .
The exercise bike in the photo is a peloton and therefore is purely decorative unless you have the right shoes and a subscription. This was not made clear in the description which is disappointing as I intended to use it had it been a standard exercise bike.
The sofas in the lounge are extremely low ( 6 inches off the floor) and very difficult to get up from, when I mentioned this to the agents they agreed, yes , they are very low! More cushions might have helped the problem.
The second bedroom simply has a bed and a dehumidifier. No other furniture, no bedside table / lamp / clothes storage and nothing to put your suitcase on so it has to stay in another room.

I had a wonderful experience at this property. The house is in fantastic condition and truly felt more homely than many places I've stayed. The carefully chosen furniture and the art on the walls added a unique personality to the home.
I appreciated the thoughtful touch of supplementary toiletries, and I must say, the bed and sofa were incredibly comfortable—it was hard to leave! The location is also a major plus, conveniently situated near Hove Station, making it easy to explore the area.
Although I didn't spend much time in the garden due to the weather, it was beautifully maintained and offered a lovely view from the living room windows. The shower was excellent, especially with the dual head option. Overall, this place exceeded my expectations, and I highly recommend it!

Location was perfect for where we wanted to be. Beds were comfortable and the flat was clean.
1. There was no bedside table or light in either room which was odd and annoying.
2. There was no blind or curtain for the small window in the second bedroom which allowed too much light in when trying to sleep.
