Clean and tidy. Location excellent. Parking no issue using the Hove Station car park. A little tired so not really my view of 'Luxury'.
Two main issues / concerns 1. The storage heater is directly beneath the TV and when it heats up the room, the TV turns itself off as it overheats. 2. An external plug-in de-humidifier, with a cable into the bathroom may not be safety compliant? Internal bathroom fan did not appear to work

The buzzer in flat 12 didn’t seem to be working so had to go down to let someone in
