This listing is for two apartments. Note: The main barn is NOT included as it is a private, part time residence. Guests have exclusive use of the property and complete privacy while vacationing at the Red Barn Resort.
A gated brick entrance welcomes you though a grove of majestic cedar trees to the Red Barn built in 1910. Originally part of the historic Clark Estate, the Red Barn Resort is a 1.2 acre property on Clarks Point at Hayden Lake located 1/2 mile from the Hayden Lake Marina.
This is a 5 star, luxury, lakefront retreat ideal for two families to vacation together. Two self contained, fully equipped apartments include game rooms, well appointed kitchens and laundry rooms. Summer months require renting both apartments together. Please inquire if you are considering renting only one apartment in the low season and rates will be adjusted accordingly.
The gentle rolling lawn down to the waters edge on the most desirable part of Hayden Lake is lined with beautiful, mature trees for family fun. Challenge your friends in a lawn game of corn hole, croquet, badminton, Slammo and more. Take time to unwind and stroll this amazing property or sit and enjoy wildlife of deer, wild turkey and the many species of birds. If you're lucky, you may even spot a moose. The sunsets from the vantage point of this side of the lake are INCREDIBLE, like no other. The multiple outdoor patios and spaces allow guests to spread out and enjoy time together or spend time apart.
The 1800 sf dock is one of the largest docks on the lake with two covered boat slips and two swim ladders. Large natural sandy beaches with crystal clear, deep water are ideal for swimming. floating, paddling and a day of fun at the lake. Six kayaks, 4 paddles boards, a canoe, life jackets, fishing gear, beach toys and water toys are all included.
The beach patio is compete with chaise lounges, patio table and Adirondack chairs along with a large wood burning fire pit for nightly S'mores and stories under the stars.

A short 1/2 mile walk brings you to the Hayden Lake Marina and Boathouse Restaurant.
"Fish Camp" is decorated in a vintage Adirondack style and boasts 1750 sf with two full bathrooms, queen size master bedroom, full size Murphy bed in the family room, extra sofa bed and plenty of space for kids to spread out comfortably on a fold out futon. Located on the lower level walk out below the main barn, the charming Fish Camp apartment has an extra large, fully stocked kitchen, pub height dining table for 6, a game room with pool table and darts and two fireplaces. Ready for movie night? Relax in the family room on the new leather sofas and a large screen Smart TV. The private outdoor patio welcomes you for quiet coffee time in the morning or cocktails at night with views of the expansive property, wildlife and lake just outside your door.
"The Boat House" is bright and fresh and carries the theme well. It's located in a separate building across the carport from the barn and set among the cedar grove. It boasts beautiful lake views from the living room and master bedroom. The master has a King size bed with an ensuite bathroom and extra large closet. There is a pull out leather sofa in the living room and extra sleeping space for the kids in the bonus game room across the hall between the bunk beds, small pull out sofa and extra full size futon. The kitchen has all the amenities and there is a large laundry room with full size washer and dryer. The bonus game room is complete with foosball, plenty of board games, a 55” Smart TV for family favorites plus an office area with monitor and printer to catch up on work, if necessary. Again, please note that the ONLY one bathroom in the Boathouse is located in the master bedroom suite.
Launch your boat at Honeysuckle Beach and bring the trailers back to the barn for safekeeping. Plenty of parking spaces on the property including two covered spaces under the carport. Or rent a boat from the Hayden Lake Marina and have it delivered straight to your covered 2 slip boat dock.
The Red Barn Resort is a unique, multifamily, multi unit vacation rental property ideal for two families traveling together. The two apartments are rented together for exclusive use of the property that ensures privacy. Together the apartments sleep 6 adults comfortably plus children.

The property is fantastic. Easy lake access. Nice beach area for children and adults. They have a large dock with canoes and paddle boards. A dive platform for swimming. A fire pit area and lounging area with umbrellas, all lakeside. The area around the cabins has several seating options with a nice lawn to the lake. The cabins are very clean and comfortable. The property is great for all age ranges. It’s in a quiet area, but convenient to town also. The hostess was great. Very accommodating and responsive. We would highly recommend this property to everyone.

This property is an amazing place to come and bring your family as well as extended family as we did. Having two separate sleeping areas provided the ability to have space and with the larger communal area in Fishcamp to cook and spend quality time together.The big grass area leading down to the dock area with plenty of shade trees, allowed a great separation from Lake activities, as well as a great viewing area for the fun wildlife (Deer family). We all loved watching the deer family come and have a snack on some grass or the apples that fell from the tree.They’re also plenty of lake activities from paddle boarding to kayaking to fishing off the dock that were very convenient to utilize during our visit. We even rented a boat for part of the day from the Hayden Lake Marina making it easy to pick up and drop off for a day at the lake. We had the most enjoyable and peaceful time at this historic beautiful property and can’t wait to come back someday.
