About this villa rental
Wake up to stunning views of the sunrise over Lake Coeur d'Alene, showcased from every bedroom in this luxury villa. Relax with your espresso or french pressed coffee from the deck lounge and listen to the birds waking up. Spend your day lounging in the sun or playing in the water from the private community beach. Prepare your meals in our fully equipped kitchen and serve it up in the grand dining room. Wind down next to the fire, in the hot tub, stargazing or playing games inside. Sleep well!
**PLEASE NOTE** There are 3 spaces available for parking. Boats and RVs will not fit on the property. Parking on the neighborhood streets is not allowed and will result in a $1000 fine from our HOA. The driveway is 150 feet long with approximately a 20% grade so in winter months it is very important that you have a snow capable car- either all wheel drive or four wheel drive with chains or winter tires. The community does not always plow first thing in the morning or frequently throughout the day so you will need to be prepared to drive through snow on windy and sometimes steep roads.

BOAT LAUNCH AND STORAGE OPTIONS BELOW:
The City of Coeur d'Alene has the following waterfront facilities available to the boating public:
*3rd Street Boat Ramp and Launch Dock: Personal watercraft may be launched at this ramp, which is accessible from the City Parking lot on Front Avenue at 3rd Street. There is a 20-minute limit at the launch docks. There are launch fees and boat trailer parking fees. Launch fees: $5 for in-state, $10 for out of state. Payment information, through Diamond Parking, is posted at the dock.
*CLOSE TO PROPERTY- Micah Bay or Kidd Island public boat launch

*City Hall Parking Lot (8th Street and Bancroft)
(Currently there is free parking at the City Hall Lot. Please be courteous and do not park your car in a truck & boat trailer spot. Cars can park on the street. Boats cannot.
*3rd Street Mooring Docks: The mooring docks are located east of the boat ramp launch docks, at the foot of Tubbs Hill. Watercraft may moor at these slips for a period of no more than 72 hours. All watercraft must fit within the length of the bay. There are fees to moor boats. The fee is the same as the McEuen parking structure.
*1st Street Mooring Dock: This facility is located west of the Coeur d’Alene Resort. Watercraft may moor at these slips for no charge between 6:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m. for a period of no more than six hours during a 12-hour period. No moorage is allowed from 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m.

We had the most wonderful time at this property. bedrooms were spacious, views were unmatched, shared areas were perfect for our group size. The cabin came with everything that we needed for the lake and towels. you can’t be a fireplace, fire, pit, hot tub, and plenty of outdoor seats. Wish we could come here again!

The pictures and listing don’t do this home justice. The back deck and views of the lake are gorgeous. The homes are spaced out giving the home a feeling of your own private lake oasis. The home was very clean and the landscaping was immaculate. We needed some assistance with check in and the property owners reached out quickly to help us resolve the problem. Cooking was very easy with all the tools we needed available onsite. The home is a bit of a drive from downtown so not an ideal spot if you plan on being in town often. However it was easy for us to get Uber’s to and from the property with space in the drive for our cars as well so making a trip isn’t difficult. I would absolutely stay here again!

This is an absolute gem of a property!!! Spectacular view and gorgeous home that is extremely comfortable and well appointed. We travel quite extensively and are particular about the homes we rent. That being said, this home checked all the boxes!
