About this house rental
Newly remodeled home in Rockford Bay on Lake Coeur d'Alene! This is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath main house with 2 detached bunk houses that sleep an addition 6-8 people! This home provides an incredible view, large deck and patio with a hot tub. A path leads down to a dock, beach and Lake Coeur d'Alene. Kayaks, paddle boards & beach toys available. Close to local favorite bar/restaurant "Shooters". This home is a great place for your time spent away enjoying this beautiful lake and scenery.
You'll find an entertaining deck with a BBQ and Blackstone griddle for your family and friends. A beautiful new lake view patio with Jacuzzi hot tub. This lake home has been newly remodeled and while it is a small home, there are many places to rest your head.
You will have access to everything with the exception of a boat/boat lift and the small shed. All kayaks, paddle boards, life vests, beach toys, etc are yours to enjoy for your stay. Keys to the bunk houses are located in main house. There is an herb garden on the deck.
Please know that you will need to walk down the hill to the lake and back up to the house. This could be challenging for a person with mobility limitations or lack of physical ability. Beach is not handicap accessible.
Note: Dock is seasonal, usually is delivered mid /late May and is removed early October.

Excellent property in an excellent location.Ellen is a very responsive host. We found out one of the kayaks was broken and she had replacement parts delivered the very next day. Would definitely stay here again

The property has a large deck for family gatherings to watch the sun set and the moon rise. Many nights were spent out there talking.

We spent five wonderful nights at this property in July 2025. The property was clean, updated, and has a top notch view of the lake. Each room--including the bunk houses--were comfortable and air conditioned. While it's a bit of a walk down to the beach, everyone in our party (from 2 year olds up to 70 year olds) was able to make the walk with relative ease. The beach is well-groomed. We had a wonderful time and would definitely stay here again!

We had a great stay at this beautiful home. Very clean and very well stocked with all that we needed. Ellen was a great host. She was very communicative and helpful throughout the trip. It's clear she loves her house on the lake!
