A localizacao do apartamento é excelente. Além disso há estacionamento gratuito a pouca distancia do loca. O apartamento está bem cuidado, com excelente iluminacao natural e a rua é silenciosa apesar de estar no caoracao da area historica.
Gostei de tudo. O unico pinto de atençao (que já está mencionado nas caracteristicas do imovel) sao as escadas ingremes e estritas que podem nao ser conveniente para pessoas com dificuldade de locomoçao. Para nós nao foi um problema.

The location was excellent, in a charming part of the old town, close to restaurants. Just 5 minutes walk to Loire river and the Royal Chateau of Ambroise. The hot water pressure was good in the shower and the washing machine worked well. The kitchen was good. Lots of light, double glazed windows. The trains to Paris, Blois and Tours were fabulous for touring the area and beyond.
The fridge was unstable when you opened it, it needs to be stabilised. Everything else was great.

Fantastic location and nice space in apartment. Easy to access property and host easy to communicate with.
The bed was a little uncomfortable and a deep clean is needed.
