On the ground floor there is a double/twin bedroom, a living room/kitchenette (4-burner stove, oven, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, American coffee maker, kettle) and a bathroom with shower (toiletries included).
On the first floor there is a twin/double room, a double room and a sofa bed for one person (in one of the twin/double rooms).
Terracotta floor, ceiling with wooden beams. Private veranda equipped with sofa, table, chairs and barbecue.
The flat is also equipped with air conditioning, heating, hair dryer, fan, Wi-Fi, mosquito nets, fire extinguisher, first aid kit and smoke detector.
A wine tasting is included in the price.
The holiday home has 8 comfortable flats furnished in Tuscan style, all with private terraces, terracotta floors and wood-beamed ceilings. The house is surrounded by a 7000-square-metre garden with swimming pool (20x8 m, open from May to October, depth: 1.4 to 3.0 metres) with hydro-massage corner, table tennis table, children's playground, outdoor barbecue and bocce court.
Twice a week the owner cooks typical Tuscan dishes for his guests, which can be enjoyed in a large communal dining room equipped with satellite TV, books and board games.
