Property was as expected with a generous sized lounge and kitchen, complete with a table and chairs on the balcony (lovely to sit outside for breakfast and early evening drinks). There is also a private garden with a bbq and outside seating area. The host was very welcoming and was always available if needed. We used the bikes provided to cycle to the beach, Lake Puccini and Viareggio. Pisa, Florence, Lucca, Siena, Cinque Terra and Rome all easily accessible by train. Local train station is a 15-20 min walk. Supermarket is a 5 min walk. We had a wonderful holiday and would thoroughly recommend both the property and location.

The house is beautiful, colorful and cozy. The location is the best in this city. Thank you so much for the bikes, they are very good and very comfortable to ride on the sea. The owner answers all questions very quickly, thank you!

Nice house for families.
Little garden included (parking area for bycicles - bring your own lock for the door).
The kitchen equipment needs to be improved, but okay when you espect less.
Very friendly owner and good explanation at the key take over.
