This apartment of 130 sqm is situated on the ground floor of the Villa and consists of a living room with a comfortable sofa bed and two armchairs, a dining area and kitchenette, 1 bathroom fitted with showers, another fitted with bathtub / shower, one double bedrooms and 2 twin bedrooms, one bathroom with bathtub /shower head.
Facilities are: a fridge freezer, a dishwasher, a glass-ceramic cooktop, an electric oven, a toaster, an American coffeemaker, Smart Tv, an ironing board and iron, a private barbecue with work table, a fireplace, air conditioning and independent heating system, high speed Wi-Fi.
The holiday apartment is furnished with top quality fittings, the sitting room has a stone fireplace, the beds are in wrought iron and there is a private veranda furnished with wooden table, chairs and a stone barbecue. Scenic view over Iano, Volterra and Era Valley.
Price includes gas, water, electricity, bedlinen and towels, Wi-Fi, washing machine use, baby bed (on request).
