It consists of 3 double rooms (2 of which can be converted into twin rooms), 1 sofa bed (in one of the rooms), two bathrooms with shower (toiletries included) (one on the ground floor and one upstairs), a living room with kitchenette (4-burner stove, oven, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, American coffee maker, kettle).
Terracotta floor, ceiling with wooden beams. Private veranda equipped with sofa, table, chairs and barbecue.
The flat is also equipped with air conditioning, heating, hair dryer, fan, Wi-Fi, mosquito nets, fire extinguisher, first aid kit and smoke detector.

The holiday home has 8 comfortable flats furnished in Tuscan style, all with private terraces, terracotta floors and wood-beamed ceilings. The house is surrounded by a 7000-square-metre garden with swimming pool (20x8 m, open from May to October, depth: 1.4 to 3.0 metres) with hydro-massage corner, table tennis table, children's playground, outdoor barbecue and bocce court.
Twice a week the owner cooks typical Tuscan dishes for his guests, which can be enjoyed in a large communal dining room equipped with satellite TV, books and board games.
