This spacious, comfortable, well equipped, house is the perfect getaway for an extended family or 2 families.
Spread over two levels, the property offers 4 large bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, (3 toilets). The upper-level enjoys views towards Ti Point, the Barrier Islands and gets glimpses of Coromandel and Tawharanui Point in the distance. Looking west from the main living room there are views towards the Matakana Hills, the Whangateau Harbour and an added bonus are the amazing sunrises AND sunsets to be enjoyed from this elevated position.
Large fully fenced backyard with gate leading directly onto pathway with only a 3 minute walk to beautiful white sandy Omaha beach, alternatively, in the opposite direction walk to golf course.
Short stroll to the Omaha Dairy, café, boutique gift and women's clothing shop, surf club and playground.
Matakana markets, cinema, cafes, vineyards and beautiful bike rides and walks are all so handy to the area, there's so much to do.
Plenty of off street parking.

This was such a perfect home to stay in for a group such as ours, plenty of space, lots of rooms/beds to sleep, very comfortable and extremely well equipped. Easy walk to the beach and beautiful back yard - recommend bringing your own lawn games to enjoy it! Love staying in such a clearly loved family holiday home, it makes all the difference! Perfect venue to accommodate our football team for a local tournament. All the stuff you need and nice and close to the beach. Lots of beds for the group. The dart board got some good use! Thanks for the use of the house.
