Handy for family visit. There was a large group of American teenagers in the hotel who were all polite and friendly and we had a peaceful night.

The hotel was next to a bus stop that takes you into the city centre.
The rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable.
The staff were friendly and helpful.
The TV in the room was tiny, there is no need for a laptop sized screen when large screen TV’s are so cheap these days.
The rooms are tired looking and in need of a refurb.
The service in the restaurant for our evening meal was very slow, taking 45 minutes to bring us our order, and the food was mediocre.
The soundproofing in the rooms is non existent.

The staff were lovely. Location is wonderful. Lots of power sockets.Good mirrors. Lovely toiletries.
The bed was a small double so we didn't sleep well. The second pillow should be binned it was so paper-thin. The toilet moved about once you sat on it. The TV was tiny. Duvet cover had what seemed like a blood stain on it.
Just a very tired room.
