The room was large and nicely decorated. The bed was very comfortable with nice linens. It was quiet with no road noise. Good location for exploring the area. All staff were very friendly and helpful.
The shower was very slow draining.

Good location , good breakfast, bathroom was clean. The room is tidy.
Lomond room is noisy, you won’t be able to sleep in the morning because there are loud steps on the upper floor, plus the music which is played in the evening and in the morning that prevents you from sleeping.

Breakfast was very nice. The lady who served us was very pleasant. Dining area was very nice.
We were not expecting to be given a room in the basement of the hotel. It was very small and dark, very cramped for two people. The shower tray was cracked in places and mould was present. The Venetian blind was covered with a thick layer of grime, especially at the top. The skirting boards were also dirty. The tv remote did not work. We informed a member of staff who said he would change the batteries, but this did not happen.
