I have sent a separate email about a couple of issues, but I will repeat here.
Apartment 3, 49 Monument Street
We stayed at the above last Thursday night. The booking process was a real pain and tiresome
This is just to let you know a couple of issues:
• the left-hand blind in the bedroom would not wind back up - I think the winding chain has slipped off the mechanism at the very top
• in the little toilet (not the ensuite) there is a leak from the tap underneath the basin
• the lift was not working late evening or the following morning

Location was so good for getting anywhere. Really easy to get in.
Not much u can do but there was a lot of chair noise movement above the room very annoying to deal with at night.
