Ideally located if visiting the area for Borough Market & the Shard and other tourist sites with easy access for Thames Uber ferry and underground. The staff very kindly took note of our request for a quiet room which we asked-for "away from the road/bridge" and even made sure we were away from the lift-access. Very plentiful and good breakfast included in the room-price, and the staff were all genuinely friendly, smiling and seemed very keen to please and look after the guests.
Very little to complain - unusually for a hotel of this quality, the rooms do not have a fridge which would be helpful if keeping water or fruit etc. but, there is a water-fountain and fresh fruit fully available at reception which was good.
