The room with a large balcony and lovely London views was excellent,the bed extremely comfortable and all the amenities including coffee machine were excellent All the staff were friendly and professional,great service

That we received a toilet brush after we asked for it.
Breakfast was great!
That there originally was no toilet brush.
That the TV program was all in English. Even the German programs. Maybe you could offer more language options?
Having to ask for the espresso cups at breakfast. Maybe you could put some next to the machiene?

Great location, nice staff.
Very expensive breakfast. Quality of the food not great. Corridor on our floor smelled really bad.
