We loved the space ! The beds were so comfy

The apartments are a good location close to Borough underground station and with a Tesco Extra next door. They were clean and spacious enough for our group.
Based on the pictures we expected a bright room with lots of windows and a nice view. We had requested a balcony after realising that you have to actually request a balcony and pay a supplement. We were told that they would take a note of the request but when we arrived (early check in £30) we were told someone else had also requested the balcony and we could have a choice of a 2nd floor apartment with a small terrace and a city view or a 6th floor apartment with no outside space and a city view. We chose the 2nd floor one and when we arrived in the apartment the terrace was almost like a courtyard and the view was off the wall of the building adjacent. Disappointed as that was the main reason we booked these apartments.
