Fairly new modern fixtures and fittings throughout.
Well placed for visiting family members.
No "on site parking" so had to seek scarce spaces on nearby side roads: Walton Gardens and Huntingtower Road.
A one page welcome note would not go amiss to explain how to use the shower and appliances.

Lovely apartment, everything is brand new and clean. It has all you need and more. Amazing shower and comfy bed.
Bedroom next to main road, but I have slept well anyway.
