In the current climate, a fan would have been useful as the sitting area became very hot even with the door open.

We had a good stay at David's place in Grantham. It was a nice bungalow with off street parking in a quiet family residential estate which was safe and easy to find. Nice little enclosed garden to the rear and it was very comfortable. Our host was easy to contact and responsive if we had a query.
