Nice, clean house, New appliances, curtains, floorings, pots. Everything we needed for an extended stay. Secure garden (which owner arranged to cut). Owner asked if we needed anything. Owner kindly arranged for mid-stay clean and bedding/towel changes. Walkable to Grantham Centre shops, cafes etc.
Noisy road, but there is the option to sleep on the back of the house. House needs a bit more storage (clothes rail or something for bedrooms). A couple of utensils short (scissors, pizza cutters, oven trays) but nothing we didn't manage to buy from the local B&M in town. Needed to look-up bin collection days, which we managed to do and did put the bins out for collection.
