About this cottage rental
In Berry, near the Loire Valley châteaux, including Valençay, 10 minutes from the lakes (for swimming) of Villentrois and Luçay-le-Mâle, and 15 minutes from Beauval Zoo, this house features a large terrace, part of which is covered, and a small garden. There is a shared swimming pool (16 x 8 meters with a large terrace) with two other gîtes, heated and open from June 1st to September 15th, from 10 am to 8 pm. The house has a private driveway leading to a garage. Access to the house is via a staircase opening onto the large terrace.
The house features a large, bright living room with a wood-burning stove, a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed, and a bathroom with a bathtub and toilet.
Upstairs: 3 bedrooms (each with a double bed) and a bathroom with a toilet.
A ping-pong table is available. Tennis court (rackets and balls not provided) and pond (300 meters away) shared with other cottages.
End-of-stay cleaning included.
Electric heating (charged according to consumption).
Optional extras:
Wood heating: €80 per stere
Double bed sheets: €12 each
Towels: €7 per person
