About this cottage rental
A converted wing of a former mill, spread over three levels, serves as a self-catering holiday cottage (the owners live on the premises). Ground floor: living room (fireplace insert), kitchen, WC with washbasin. First floor: 1st bedroom (shower room, WC, double bed), 2nd bedroom (two single beds), 3rd bedroom (double bed, cot), WC, shower room/WC. Second floor: optional 4th bedroom (four single beds), shower room/WC. Wi-Fi access. This cottage is not specifically adapted for people with disabilities. Central heating. Electricity (extra charge based on meter reading). Private enclosed garden of 400 m² with terraces. Table tennis, table football, American pool table, pétanque court. The cottage can be rented for up to 6 people with the second floor closed off. Included in the price: heating, bed linen, and firewood. Non-smoking cottage. Spacious, peaceful, and comfortable, this gîte is ideal for large families. After a beautiful restoration that respected the original architecture, this wing of a former mill has been converted into a three-story rural gîte. Children will be delighted with their stay thanks to the many games available year-round and the dormitory on the second floor. You will also benefit from a very convenient location for visiting tourist sites such as the Château de Chenonceau, Amboise, the Clos Lucé, the Beauval Zoo, the Cher Valley by bike or canoe, wine cellars, and more.
