The comfortable apartment “4-Star Holiday Apartment No. 3” is part of a country house and is situated in the idyllic Deggenhausertal (Deggenhauser Valley) near Salem. The 75 m² apartment is perfect for quiet and relaxing holidays in the scenic Lake Constance region and consists of a living room with a dining area and a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 2 bedrooms (one with an additional single bed) as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 5 people. The child-friendly apartment includes Wi-Fi, satellite television, a baby cot, a children’s bed and a highchair. You can start the day with coffee on the balcony, and the spacious communal outdoor area boasts a lush garden with farm animals, table tennis and a playground for children. Have breakfast on the terrace with open and covered areas or spend the evenings with a glass of wine and tasty barbecued dinners. You can reach a supermarket after 2.3 km or a 3-minute drive, a pharmacy after a 4-minute drive (3.3 km), and several restaurants serving local dishes are within a 6-minute drive (5 km) from the property. Furthermore, it is a 12-minute drive (11 km) to Salem, and the nearest beach, Strandbad Hagnau, is 14 km or a 16-minute drive away. There you can swim in the clear blue water of Lake Constance and enjoy a brilliant lake and mountain panorama. After a 20-minute drive (16 km) to the ferry terminal in Meersburg, you can cross the lake to Konstanz. The city is famous for its picturesque old town centre, its architecture and the cathedral. After a 26-minute drive (18 km), you can explore Friedrichshafen, and in winter you can go skiing a 14-minute drive (11.5 km) away.

Pros: Sehr freundliche Vermieter, jederzeit ,wenn erforderlich, ansprechbar und hilfsbereit. Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung. Alles vorhanden, was benötigt wird.
Cons: Die Treppe in das 1. OG (dort befand sich unsere Ferienwohnung) ist recht steil und für ältere Menschen etwas schwierig.

Pros: Die Wohnung ist sehr groß. Es gibt ein extra "Schlafzimmer" für die Kinder. Man kann sich auch sehr gut bei Regenwetter in der Wohnung aufhalten ohne das es zu Streitigkeiten kommt.
Garten/ Außenanlage kann genutzt werden. Es gibt Schaukeln, Trampolin, Kletterturm, verschiedenen Bobbycar/ Fahrzeuge. Ideal für Kinder!
Hühner, Hase und Ziege können besichtigt werden.
Morgen gibt es einen Brötchenservice, Getränke stehen rund um die Uhr im Aufenthaltsraum zur Verfügung.
Die Eigentümer, die direkt nebenan wohnen sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Lassen aber einen auch in Ruhe.
